KMS should load SSL configuration the same way as SSLFactory

    Description

      HADOOP-13597 loads SSL configuration in the different way than SSLFactory and other existing methods:

      • SSLFactory#readSSLConfiguration
      • DFSUtil#loadSslConfiguration
      • WebAppUtils#loadSslConfiguration

      It should conform to the existing method.
