Description

Currently the MockS3ClientFactory}} does not mock the bucket locations. One effect is that TestDynamoDBMetadataStore will have null region for the bucket.

INFO - Creating DynamoDB table TestDynamoDBMetadataStore in region null

The reason is that the DynamoDBMetadataStore will use the same region as the S3 bucket.
