On the core-defaults.xml page (Hadoop 2.7.0 or higher): https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r2.7.0/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-common/core-default.xml

The variables fs.s3a.awsAccessKeyId and fs.s3a.awsSecretAccessKey are wrong, the second part s3a should be s3 only, say
fs.s3.awsAccessKeyId and fs.s3.awsSecretAccessKey
