Description

There are several failures in the S3FileSystem tests that integrate with the S3 back-end. With S3FileSystem deprecation in progress, these tests do not provide valuable feedback and cause noise in test runs for S3N bug fixes and ongoing development of S3A. We can suppress these obsolete tests as a precursor to the deprecation and removal of S3FileSystem tracked in HADOOP-12709.
