Description

org.apache.hadoop.security.token.Token is tagged @InterfaceAudience.LimitedPrivate for "HDFS" and "MapReduce".

However, it is used throughout YARN apps, where both the clients and the AM need to work with tokens. This class and related all need to be declared public.
