Description

This is to define a common token encoder, decoder and validator interfaces, considering token serialization and deserialization, encryption and decryption, signing and verifying, expiration and audience checking, and etc. By such APIs pluggable and configurable token encoder, decoder and validator will be implemented in other issues.
