Description

yarn.http.policy is set to "HTTPS_ONLY".

The RM/ NM web UI is expected to be accessed using https://RM:RM_HTTPS_PORT and https://NM:NM_HTTPS_PORT

Currently, RM and NM UIs are accessible at http://RM:RM_HTTPS_PORT and http://NM:NM_HTTPS_PORT
