    Description

      Java-based projects require a properly set up classpath to compile. A plugin should be created that understands how java does classpath management, and it should then create the relevant classpath settings based on the dependencies specified for a project, annotating the model with that info.

      Ideally most of this functionality can be pushed into a helper module as its likely we'll need to reuse bits elsewhere.
