[GUACAMOLE-992] No sound input on Windows 10, microphone always silent

Description

On Ubuntu 18.04 (unsure if others) with all recommended and optional pre-reqs and freshly configure/make/make installed env:

Sound does not reach Windows 10 PC behind RDP. Unsure if other OS' are affected. Audio output works OK, no input, with the option selected on the connection profile. 

Tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge 

Using TLS/HTTPS so no issue with microphone block in browser

No obviously related output in catalina.out or /var/log/syslog

ldd on guacd shows all libraries linked
