[GUACAMOLE-885] Key mapping for German keyboards: ~ and ^ do not work

Description

The German keyboard settings do not allow to enter the following keys:

• tilde ~
• caret ^

The tilde results in a + typed while the caret shows nothing at all.

Many other AltGr keys work though:  {[]} @
