[GUACAMOLE-677] Compiling guacamole client doesn't produce the .war file

Description

On ubuntu server 18.04, linux 4.15.0-42, java 1.8.0_191, maven 3.6.0, compiling guacamole-client-0.9.14 ends with success, yet in the target/ folder, there is no .war file. Instead there is a  guacamole-client-0.9.14.tar.gz file. Please advise.
