[GUACAMOLE-323] Login screen appears during CAS redirect

Description

When using the new CAS authentication extension, the Guacamole login dialog (with no login fields) briefly appears while the browser redirects to CAS itself. This leads to a confusing user experience - the longer the dialog is visible, the more the user will feel they should be interacting with something, even though attempting to do so in this case will not have the intended effect.

Some sort of feedback needs to be provided during the redirect process, so the user is aware that they need to wait while they are redirected to CAS.
