      Description

Though the Guacamole protocol and client supports alpha transparency, the guac_common_surface object used by guacamole-server does not, preventing its reuse in cases where alpha transparency is a necessity (like GUACAMOLE-168).

guac_common_surface should be modified to provide support for alpha transparency like the rest of the Guacamole stack.

Now complete. Draw operations use Porter/Duff "over" operator when the source surface is ARGB.

This isn't quite done - the alpha channel is being ignored in all but the fully-opaque and fully-transparent cases.
