[GUACAMOLE-174] Clipboard transfer stopped working in either direction

Description

Hitting Ctrl-Alt-Shift in a Guac-provided VNC session reveals the Clipboard transfer mechanism (CTM). While the clipboard transfer was working for a while, after a few days of use, it stopped working.

Specifically, putting text in the CTM and hitting control V inside the guac-provided VNC session used to paste the text but does so no longer. Highlighting text in the session and hitting control C inside the session used to transfer the text into the CTM but does so no longer.

I'm a software engineer interested in helping with this issue, but I'm currently not familiar with the guac architecture. Can you direct me to a good starting point?
