[GUACAMOLE-1228] guacamole client does not evaluate GUAC_PREFERENCES emulateAbsoluteMouse in local storage

Description

it seems that the gacamole client ignores the emulateAbsoluteMouse option from the GUAC_PREFERENCES in the browsers local storage.

i set the options as follows and then start the guacamole client:

GUAC_PREFERENCES

{"emulateAbsoluteMouse":true, "inputMethod": "none", "language": "de", "timezone": "Europe/Zurich"}

or like this:

{"emulateAbsoluteMouse":false, "inputMethod": "osk", "language": "de", "timezone": "Europe/Zurich"}

The client is reacting to inputMethod, but not to emulateAbsoluteMouse.
