[GUACAMOLE-1167] Add in "Gateway Transport type" setting for RD Gateway

Description

The option to adjust the rdp gateway transport type is missing from the Remote Desktop Gateway Parameters section.

The option in freerdp is /gt:

/gt:[rpc|http|auto] Gateway transport type

 

I am able to connect to rd gateway server if I'm using the /gt:rpc option, but can't using guac. If you believe I should be able to without this, then please let me know.

xfreerdp /g:rdgateway.server.com:443 /gu:user /gd:abcdf /gp:pass /v:host /gt:rpc
