Easily take an existing repo and have a "Make Project" button. That will copy the repo to a new full project for you.
Do not uppercase the first letter of tools automatically, especially repos.
Remove the Display vs Repo name for User Project Repos
Remove the user project itself from your list of projects, it is confusing.
Re-brand, re-name the idea of "User Project". It is great for internal use, since a user is a project, but it is confusing and unmarketable to the outside world.
