[GROOVY-822] Running "groovy -version" does not print the Groovy version

Description

Running "groovy -version" produces the following output:
Groovy Version: JVM: 1.5.0_01-b08

As you can see, only the JVM version is printed. The groovy version is not printed.

Additionally, running "groovysh" prints a header that lacks the groovy version:
Lets get Groovy!
