Description
Executing a script in the GroovyConsole which does a system exit causes GroovyConsole to close. For example running:
System.exit(0)
or something less obvious:
import javax.swing.JFrame
import javax.swing.JLabel
import java.awt.BorderLayout
JFrame frame = new JFrame("FrameDemo")
frame.setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE)
frame.getContentPane().add(new JLabel("test"), BorderLayout.CENTER)
frame.pack()
frame.setVisible(true)
I would expect that in both these cases the GroovyConsole window doesn't get closed.
