Groovy should provide a way to adjust the ivy message logging level

    Description

      When groovy configures ivy for resolving grapes, it always sets the logging level for ivy to -1 to suppress output. It would be useful to be able to override this to allow for easier troubleshooting of grape and ivy issues.
