[GROOVY-3907] no way to get declared and dgm methods in one list

Description

On MetaClass there seems to be getMethods() returning the available methods declared through this or a super class (minus private ones), and getMetaMethods() returning all DGM methods. What is missing is to have a method that returns both. In fact the purpose of splitting is unclear to me.
