      Description

The new code to do argument hacking in startGroovy for Cygwin (that replace Bash specific stuff) seems not to work anything like expected:

      |> groovy -v
/cygdrive/h/users/russel/lib/Java/groovy/bin/startGroovy: eval: line 227: syntax error near unexpected token `('
      /cygdrive/h/users/russel/lib/Java/groovy/bin/startGroovy: eval: line 227: `args0=cygpath (cygwin) 1.42.4.1 Path Conversion Utility Copyright 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 20

      Caught: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: H:\users\russel\Progs\OddsByLanguage\Groovy (H:\users\russel\Progs\OddsByLanguage\Groovy) is a directory not a Groovy source file.
