[GROOVY-2899] more parameterizable/extensible GroovyServlet and AbstractHttpServlet

Description

It's be super swell if GroovyServlet's 'gse' property were protected instead of private so it's lifecycle could be managed, rather than just it's creation. Similarly, it'd be very nice if the search path that AbstractHttpServlet uses in getResourceConnection were parameterizable, at least through code, if not through an initialization parameter.

I've proof of concept code for a new GroovyServlet that addresses both issues. If the improvements are desired in the project, I'd be happy to polish it up and submit.
