[GROOVY-146] Groovyc doesn't handle Windows format files properly

Description

If a source file contains a multi line string and the source file has Windows line endongs (\r\n) then the Parser fails to find the end of the string and runs off the endo of the file.

Note: this is related to but not identical to the unit test but I just reported (GROOVY-145)
