Description

The download page currently has a section:

"Pre-Apache 0.11.0"

This is not allowed as only formal releases should be included on the page

The KEYS link must be to

https://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/gobblin/KEYS

Also links to release artifacts must use the ASF mirror system
