Description
Using the out-of-core feature in combination with a static graph that loads edges using an EdgeInputFormat doesn't seem to work. The check within DiskBackedPartitionStore.offloadPartition() that skips the edge offload doesn't seem to take into account that the edges might be loaded after the vertices are created, but before the initial loading is complete.
