Description

Class hot swap is not performed because there is an error creating a jar file that contains the changed classes. GEP calls PublishHelper Eclipse API to generate the jar file and that fails with the "Could not replace with temp file". From https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=206858 looks like the problem is related to File.renameTo() issue where the source and destination are on different file systems.
