Description

PLUGIN_RELEASE-NOTES-2.1.2.txt is not on the eclipse update web site http://apache.org/dist/geronimo/eclipse/updates/. It is also missing from deployable.zip. It should also be in updatesite.zip, and we should put updatesite.zip on the website with deployable.zip.
