[GERONIMODEVTOOLS-35] Plugin: There are two generic servers at Run as--Run... view

Description

If I right click the hello program, and select Run as--Run..., the run configuration screen has two generic servers there like below:

Apache Tomcat
Eclipse Application
Generic Server
--Apache Geronimo 1.0
Generic Server

The second generic server should be removed. Also, is there a reason why Apache Geronimo is under Generic Server, while Apache Tomcat is not?
