[GERONIMO-6841] in Maven Central Geronimo Specifications 1.1 pom file has invalid character in it

Description

In Maven Central Repo   Geronimo Specificataions 1.1 pom file has a invalid character in line number 90 after </developers> tag. It is affecting the Maven build of our applications. so we request to remove that invalid char and reupload the pom file to maven central repo.
