[GERONIMO-5133] Geroinimo versions of the specs should pick up the additions made to the service mix versions of the bundles.

Description

The servicemix project has been repackaging some of the geronimo spec jars to add additional activator logic that makes them more usable in an OSGi environment. We should consider picking up these changes and directly incorporating them in the Geronimo versions of the jars.
