[GERONIMO-467] ejbRemove does not work for CMP with MTM relationship

Description

When a CMP bean having a MTM relationship is removed via ejbRemove only the table to which the CMP is mapped is deleted. The records of the MTM table corresponding to the relationships are not deleted.
