Description

In the WSDL 1.1, the httpbinding namespace url should be http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/http/, not http://www.w3.org/2004/08/wsdl/http.
So in the AxisServiceGenerator, since wsdl4j is used, while comparing the namespace to determine which binding is used, I guess we should use http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/http/.
