The ASF has new requirements for Source headers and copyright notices. See http://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html for details.

All releases after November 1, 2006 must comply with this policy. It seems that 1.2 will be post November 1...

All Geronimo source files in trunk must be brought in line with this new policy... If we create a 1.1.2 release, we need to insure that all src files in branches/1.1 are brought inline with this new policy, also.

There seem to be some scripts that will aid with these updates (see the FAQ in the above url). However, I can't access them at the moment...
