Description

Would be nice if proxies to GBeans could be placed in a component's private JNDI space.

The 1.0 release includes a gbean-ref element in the jndiEnvironmentRefsGroup that appears to hold the required settings.

David J notes that some code is present in the class is GBeanProxyReference and there's some code that doesn't work in ComponentContextBuilder – we just need to add some stuff to ENCConfigBuilder for these and bind them directly.
