Description

For ongoing development builds, we need to get the clean, eclipse, idea and other Maven goals that we used to have working again.
I have created updated \maven.xml and \project.properties files based on 1.0 Rev355316, which renames and integrates the new0-new5 goals into the m:default goal, only tries to build openejb and tranql if those directories exist and enables the usage of the rebuild-all, build-all, build, clean, clean-all, eclipse and idea goals.

I'll attach the patch files and copies of the updated files for testing before integrating the changes.
