Description

The following changes should be made to the o.a.c.g.euclidean.twod.Line API:

• use well-named factory methods instead of overloaded constructors.
• make the class immutable.
• add equals, hashCode, and toString
• update documentation to remove or at least explain uncommon terms (eg, "abscissa")
