[GEODE-9966] Update redis info 'expires' and 'avg_ttl' properties with computed values

Description

We're currently setting both expires and avg_ttl values (from INFO) to 0. This information could easily be updated from the PassiveExpirationManager. Although the values will not necessarily be exactly accurate, (dependent on the frequency at which the PEM runs), they will at least be more accurate than they are currently.

Once the output of these values has been updated, geode_for_redis.html.md.erb should also be updated to remove the "always returns 0" note for expires and avg_ttl in the footnote for the INFO command, found below the list of supported commands.
