Description

Create and publish a versioned geode-server-all meta jar, with the opinionated set of Geode dependencies for operating a fully-functional server.

This is the same content as the unversioned, unpublished `geode-depenencies` jar which appears in the TGZ, but is not part of Maven distributions.
