Description

There are some intermittent failures in our new CI. This varies from run to run. So far we have seen these failures:

• Timeout of legacy cpp-integration-tests (exceeds two hours)
• RegisterAllWithConsistencyDisabled in cpp-integration-tests fails on Windows Server 2019.

Curiously it doesn't fail on any other platform.
