Description

This PoolFactory API isn't working. The docs for this pool attribute describe this as:

• Number of milliseconds to wait for a response from a server before the connection times out.

This timeout parameter appears to be passed in each TcrMessage request. However, it's not clear how it is actually used. The only test for this to verify the attribute getter and setter.
