[GEODE-8600] Faulty statistics for parallel GW senders

Description

When using getEventQueueSize method of GatewaySenderStats class, we receive negative value. This occurres for parallel GW sender, when GW sender is stoped with events in queue. After  GW sender is re-started GW, and events are unqueued, getEventQueueSize shows negative value.
