[GEODE-8511] GeodeRedisServer exception tests should not require port 40404

Description

In GeodeRedisServerStartUpAcceptanceTest, these three tests failed in the pipeline due to some other process holding port 40404. However, this port isn't required and in the test setup we should set the server-port to 0.
