Description

The MetricsSession and MetricsPublishingService interfaces are marked as experimental. The docs do not make this clear.  There is a note at the end of a subsection to that effect, but it is definitely not prominent.

Make the docs clear that the Micrometer API is experimental by putting a note in a more prominent place, such as at the beginning of the section.
