Running CQs should always use the latest installed Method Invocation Authorizer

Details

    Description

      When a MethodInvocationAuthorizer is changed in runtime, all running CQs should be updated to use it in order to avoid security issues. The previously cached results need to be invalidated/cleared as cached keys may not be valid anymore.
