    Description

      Move both classes out of the internal package and make them public. The new name for RestrictedMethodInvocationAuthorizer should be RestrictedMethodAuthorizer.
      Once this ticket is implemented, the DefaultQueryService should use the actual rules and instantiate the new RestrictedMethodAuthorizer by default so we can continue implementing the rest of the proposal without blocking any releases.
      Add comprehensive and clear documentation to the classes and all methods so customers can use and understand them without leaving their IDE.
