things to do:

remove the command mapping component from CF CLI plugin for PCC

add a new general command mapping component on PCC side

this new general command mapping component will do:

1. deal with the string input from CF CLI
2. find the right endpoint and pass parameters to it
3. the endpoint will deal with input and parameters , and return output to the CF CLI
