Description

Add Integration and Distribution Tests for the different aggregate functions.
The GroupByTestInterface interface seems to be used by tests (both integration and distributed) running OQLs related to the aggregate functions, but only some scenarios are covered. It might be a good opportunity to revisit and refactor these test classes, clean them up and add tests for the missing aggregate functions directly:

• GroupByTestInterface
• GroupByTestImpl
• PdxGroupByTestImpl
• GroupByDUnitImpl
• CountStarJUnitTest
• GroupByPartitionedJUnitTest
• GroupByPartitionedQueryDUnitTest
• GroupByQueryDUnitTest
• GroupByReplicatedJUnitTest

It's also worth adding some tests mixing nested queries and aggregate functions to make sure we have coverage for that.
