desribe config should redact some property values

    Description

      when you run describe config --member=memberName with ssl enabled on cluster then it shows 

      ssl keystore and truststore password in plaintext. Is it acceptable or it's being fixed in newer versions as with geode 1.2 version we see similar behaviour that shows secrets in plain text?.
