[GEODE-6805] MacOS home shorthand ~ is not support for `--jar` path in gfsh

Description

On MacOS, which is a supported development platform, it would be nice if the path given for the `–jar` argument supported the MacOS shorthand `~`, rather than needing to type /Users/user/.
